Stir-fried ung choi in oyster sauce

| 1 | bunch | Ung Choi in 4 inch lengths |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vegetable oil |
| 100 | millilitres | Chicken stock |
| 1 | teaspoon | Oyster sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
Directions
Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry Ung Choi for 30 seconds. Add the stock and stir, add the sauce and sugar and leave to cook over a high heat for 2 minutes. Serve.
