Stir-fried ginger beef (nua pad king)

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Guavas
1 tablespoon Oil
1 cup Mushrooms; chopped
1 tablespoon Onion; chopped
½ cup Green olives; chopped
2 tablespoons Parsley; chopped
4 teaspoons Fresh dill weed; chopped or-
1 teaspoon Dried dill
½ teaspoon Each salt and pepper
1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
1 cup Onions; sliced
1 cup Carrots; sliced
3 tablespoons Garlic; minced

Heat oil in wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; stir-fry until browned, 20 to 30 seconds. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Add ginger, fish sauce, and soy sauce; stir-fry for 1 minute. Mix in oyster sauce and sugar. Add bell pepper and onion.

Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes. Serve hot over freshly-cooked rice.
