salt, pepper, and sugar. Leave to stand for 10 minutes. Heat oil in large frying pan or wok. Saute celery, onion, and green bean for 2 minutes. Add the meat mixture and cook, stirring until meat loses it pink color. Stir in bean sprouts and bouillon cube that has been dissolved in the boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings.
