Measure Ingredient
1 \N Celery stalk
4 \N Parsley stems
1 \N Fresh thyme sprig
1 \N Bay leaf
3 \N Leek leaves

cut the celery in half, place herbs in the center, then wrap leek leaves around the outside.

tie with butchers string and toss in a stock or soup or tie to the handle NOTES : will season approx 1 gallon stock.
