Spit-roasted rolled rib

Ingredients

| 2 | teaspoons | Seasoned salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 4 | Cloves fresh garlic, minced | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Onion salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Coarse black pepper |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ginger |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
Directions
Trim off most of the outside fat from roast. Combine seasonings and rub into all surfaces of the roast. Place on spit, 5 to 6 inches from coals, and cook 1½ hours or until desired degree of doneness.
