Spicy short ribs geo foreman grill

Ingredients

4poundsShort Ribs Well Trimmed; 2 1/2 Wide
¾cupOnion; Chopped Coarsely
4Cloves Garlic; Quartered
3Jalapeno Peppers; Seeded & Chopped
2tablespoonsAll Spice
1tablespoonGinger; Minced
2tablespoonsVeg Oil
1teaspoonFresh Grated Nutmeg
1teaspoonSalt
12Fresh Bay Leaves

Directions

In food processor combine onion, garlic, jalapeno peppers, allspice, ginger, oil, nutmeg and salt. Puree. Put mixture into bowl and lay the short ribs down , dice cut the 2½ in short rib cubes as follows. Cut halfway to bone every ½ inch deep. Combine ribs with marinade, cover and marinate 4-5 hour in refrigerator. Preheat grill 5 minutes. place short ribs on grill bone sid down. Cook 4-5 minutes, turning three times during cooking time. May take longer than the 4-5 minutes, Brown on all sides.
