Spicy short ribs geo foreman grill

Ingredients

| 4 | pounds | Short Ribs Well Trimmed; 2 1/2 Wide |
| ¾ | cup | Onion; Chopped Coarsely |
| 4 | Cloves Garlic; Quartered | |
| 3 | Jalapeno Peppers; Seeded & Chopped | |
| 2 | tablespoons | All Spice |
| 1 | tablespoon | Ginger; Minced |
| 2 | tablespoons | Veg Oil |
| 1 | teaspoon | Fresh Grated Nutmeg |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 12 | Fresh Bay Leaves | |
Directions
In food processor combine onion, garlic, jalapeno peppers, allspice, ginger, oil, nutmeg and salt. Puree. Put mixture into bowl and lay the short ribs down , dice cut the 2½ in short rib cubes as follows. Cut halfway to bone every ½ inch deep. Combine ribs with marinade, cover and marinate 4-5 hour in refrigerator. Preheat grill 5 minutes. place short ribs on grill bone sid down. Cook 4-5 minutes, turning three times during cooking time. May take longer than the 4-5 minutes, Brown on all sides.
