| 1 | 16oz pkg (2 C) dried Chickpeas, steamed | |
| 2 | Egg whites (or 1/4 Egg Beaters) | |
| 1 | pack | Taco seasoning | 
Directions
Place Chickpeas & taco blend in a large bowl with a tight lid and shake till Chickpeas are evenly coated.
