Spicy clams with lime butter

2teaspoonsChopped Florida garlic
1Tablesoon chopped Florida jalapeƱo
¼cupChopped Florida cilantro
½cupWhite wine

Directions

I had gotten these recipes from the Florida Cookbook which is available online at: They are definitly good Rinse clams and drain. In large sauté pan with lid bring remaining ingredients to a boil. Add clams and cover. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until clams open. Serve with lime butter if desired.
