Spicy chicken with sweet chilli sauce and coriander

3Garlic cloves; chopped
4Single chicken breasts; sliced
3tablespoonsTrident Soy Sauce; Trident Soy Sauce
tablespoonLemon juice
5tablespoonsTrident Sweet Chilli Sauce
Fresh coriander leaves; chopped

Directions

Heat oil in wok, add garlic and fry for 1 minute. Add chicken, soy sauce and lemon juice. Stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes until chicken browns. Add sweet chilli sauce and stir for ½ minute. Remove chicken and place it on a serving plate. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve with steamed rice.

NOTES : Ready in 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 4.
