Spaghetti squash on tomato sauce

Measure Ingredient
½ \N Spaghetti Squash
1 can Diced Italian Tomatoes

Bake squash in tray and about ½ inch of water at about 350F until soft and stringy. Scoop squash contents into plastic lunch box. Dump one can of Italian Tomatoes on top. DO NOT MIX! At work: Mix and nuke for 3 minutes on HIGH.
