1 tablespoon | Cabbage shredded fine |
1 tablespoon | Carrot grated |

1 \N | Potato boiled; peeled & grated |

1½ teaspoon | Cornflour |
½ teaspoon | Oil |
\N \N | Green chilli sauce to taste |
\N \N | Salt to taste |
½ teaspoon | Sugar |
Boil washed sprouts in 4 cups water.
Drain and keep both aside separately.
Mix the cornflour in ¼ cup water. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a heavy pan, add onion and garlic, stir fry for a minute.
Add carrot, cabbage, sprouts, potato. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
Add the stock (water in which sprouts were boiled).
Boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add salt, chilli sauce, sugar and cornflour paste, stirring continuously.
Boil for 2 minutes.
Serve steaming hot, with wheat bread toasts or garlic rolls.
