1 | teaspoon | Garlic salt |
1 | teaspoon | Onion salt |
1 | teaspoon | Celery salt |
2 | tablespoons | Worcestershire sauce |
1½ | tablespoon | Liquid smoke |
2½ | pounds | Beef brisket |
Directions
Combine seasonings, and pour over brisket; marinate overnight. Place brisket in a roaster. Cover with aluminum foil; then place lid on roaster. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours. Do not remove lid during baking. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
