| 3 | ounces | Cream cheese; softened |
| 2 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chives; finely chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Green pepper; finely chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Pimento; finely chopped |

Directions
Mix the ingredients and spread on the crepes. cut crepes into quarters and roll up. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
