Smoked trout with chopped nuts

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Smoked trout; (135g)
1 tablespoon Heaped; unsalted Mixed
\N \N ; nuts, chopped
1 tablespoon Horseradish cream
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
\N \N Salt and pepper
1 pack Bistro salad; (or salad of your
\N \N ; choice)

1 Toast nuts under a hot grill for approx 1 min until golden. Allow to cool.

2 Mix together horseradish cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

3 Arrange salad and trout on 2 plates.

4 Sprinkle nuts over trout with a spoonful of dressing at the side.

5 Season with freshly ground black pepper.
