Smoked pheasant

Ingredients

| 1 | 1-Gallon ziplock bag | |
| 2 | Cleaned Pheasant | |
| 1 | 18oz bottle Italian dressing | |
| ¼ | cup | Worcheshire sauce |
| ½ | cup | Brown sugar |
Directions
Add all ingredients in ziplock bag and let marinate for a day or two. Three days would not hurt.
Place on smoker until done.
