Smoked pheasant

Measure Ingredient
1 1-Gallon ziplock bag
2 Cleaned Pheasant
1 18oz bottle Italian dressing
¼ cup Worcheshire sauce
½ cup Brown sugar

Add all ingredients in ziplock bag and let marinate for a day or two. Three days would not hurt.

Place on smoker until done.
