Sliced beef with lemon grass

3ouncesChopped lemon grass
1poundsBeef tenderloin, sliced

4teaspoonsSoya sauce
½teaspoonDijon mustard

Directions

Use the wok to heat up and add in cooking oil. Stir fry the bean sprouts and place it in a serving dish. Heat up wok again and add in olive oil, garlic and lemon grass. Then add in the sliced beef and stir well. Whisk together Chinese wine, soya sauce and Dijon mustard and then pour marinade over beef as it finishes cooking.
