Simple tofu vegetables

Ingredients

| 2 | mediums | Onions, cubed |
| 1 | medium | Green bell pepper, cubed |
| ½ | pounds | Mushrooms, halved |
| 1 | pounds | Cubed tofu |
| ½ | cup | Sunflower seeds |
| 1 | cup | Water |
| 1 | teaspoon | Basil |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sage |
Directions
In hot oil, saute onions till limp. Add pepper, mushrooms, tofu, seeds water & herbs. Simmer till vegetables are limp. Serve over cooked rice.
