Simple tofu vegetables

½cupSunflower seeds

1teaspoonBasil
1teaspoonSage

Directions

In hot oil, saute onions till limp. Add pepper, mushrooms, tofu, seeds water & herbs. Simmer till vegetables are limp. Serve over cooked rice.
