200 | grams | Fresh corn; cooked |
½ | pint | Milk |
1 | Tomato; finely chopped | |
1 | teaspoon | Fresh coriander |
Add the onion, cumin seeds, fresh ginger and green chilli to a pan of hot oil and cook for 2 minutes.
Meanwhile put the cumin seeds, coriander seeds and coconut in a grinder, grind well and add to the pan.
Add the corn, salt and milk to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the tomato and coriander and serve. Converted by MC_Buster.
