1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1 large Red onion; finely chopped
2 teaspoons Fresh ginger
1 teaspoon Fresh green chilli
1 tablespoon White cumin seeds
1 tablespoon Coriander seeds
1 tablespoon Desiccated coconut
200 grams Fresh corn; cooked
½ pint Milk
1 \N Tomato; finely chopped
1 teaspoon Fresh coriander

Add the onion, cumin seeds, fresh ginger and green chilli to a pan of hot oil and cook for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile put the cumin seeds, coriander seeds and coconut in a grinder, grind well and add to the pan.

Add the corn, salt and milk to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the tomato and coriander and serve. Converted by MC_Buster.
