2teaspoonsMustard seeds
½cupYellow split peas
2teaspoonsPoppy seeds
1Coconut
1largeCinnamon stick broken into pieces
1largeBunch curry leaves
2teaspoonsTurmeric

Directions

Dry roast all ingredients except turmeric in a heavy saucepan until lightly colored. Grind all the ingredients to a fine powder. Store in an airtight container.
