12Tomatillos; unhusked
1smallOnion; sliced 1/4\"
3Cloves garlic; unpeeled
4Serranos; de-stemed
4Sprigs cilantro
Salt to taste

Directions

Pan roast everything except cilantro to develop a nice, even char. Remove husks from tomatillos and blend everything, not puree.
