Royal street jambalaya

Measure Ingredient
1 \N 1 lb. jar gefilte fish
2 cups Cooked rice
2 tablespoons Butter or pareve margarine
¼ cup Bell pepper, chopped
½ cup Onion, chopped
½ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
¼ teaspoon Thyme
1 can Condensed tomato soup>>>
\N \N Undiluted.
1 cup Milk
\N \N Paprika

Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender but not brown.

Add salt, pepper, thyme, soup, and milk. Mis with rice Pour into greased 1½ qt. baking dish.

Drain gefilte fish and arrange on top; press into rice mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350 F. oven for 30 min.
