| ⅛ | teaspoon | Dried crushed red pepper; (up to 1/4) |

Attach a gift card with the recipe on it to the package of mix: *combine all ingredients; store in an airtight container. Yield: 1½ cups; Prep time: 5 min
*Jambalaya: Bring Jambalaya mix, 3 cups water, and 1 (8oz) can tomato sauce to a boil in a Dutch oven. Stir in 1 cup cooked chicken and 1 cup cooked ham or smoked sausage. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20-25 minutes until rice is tender. Remove from heat and discard bay leaf. Yield: About 8 cups.
