Roasted poblanos pueblo italian style

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Roasted Poblanos (or aneheims) approximately 1 cup chopped
3 \N Garlic cloves minced
\N \N Olive oil
\N \N Salt to taste

Mix together and let stand for a couple of hours if possible. This is not possible at my place, as it is all eaten in about 20 minutes. This stuff is ambrosia.
