Quick court bouillon

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 quart Cold water
1 \N Onion, chopped coarsely
1 \N Bay leaf
10 \N Peppercorns
1 tablespoon Salt
¼ cup Vinegar;or 3x as much white
\N \N Wine


Bring all ingredients to a boil in a medium sauce pan, lower to a simmer, and cook 1520 minutes. Strain hot courtbouillon over squid.
