Quick apple torte

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Sugar
⅓ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 \N Egg; beaten
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1½ cup Sliced apples
½ cup Nuts; chopped
\N \N Cinnamon
\N \N Nutmeg
\N \N Ice cream or cream

Combine beaten egg and vanilla; to this add all dry ingredients. Add apple slices and nuts; turn into 8 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg to taste. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve warm with cream or ice cream. Serves 6.
