Potato hash with rosemary

Ingredients

1largeBaking potato; peeled and cubed
1largeSweet potato; peeled and cubed
¼cupChopped onion
2Garlic cloves; minced
2tablespoonsOlive oil
1tablespoonFresh rosemary; chopped
½teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonFreshly ground black pepper
Fresh rosemary sprigs; for garnish

Directions

Stir together first 8 ingredients in a lightly greased nonstick skillet.
