Pork chops and apples #2

4Apples; unpeeled, cored and sliced
¾cupBrown sugar
½teaspoonCinnamon
2tablespoonsButter

Directions

Brown chops on both sides in hot fat. Place apple slices in greased baking dish; sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, dot with butter. Add pork chops, cover; bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6.
