Measure Ingredient
3 \N Pheasants-whole
2 teaspoons Salt
¾ teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Coriander
1 teaspoon Ginger
2½ cup Onions-chopped
2 teaspoons Turmeric
4 tablespoons Butter-melted
½ cup Heavy cream
½ cup Yogurt

Wash and dry the pheasant; prick the skin with a fork. Mix together the salt, pepper, coriander and ginger. Rub the pheasants with the spice mixture. Roast in a moderate 350 oven for twenty five minutes.
