|2 cups||Ground pork|
|2 cups||Ground beef|
|3 cups||Meat broth|
|1 \N||Single cayenne pepper to taste|
Combine pork, beef, and broth in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add seasonings.
Stir cornmeal into meat mixture, stirring constantly. Cook for 30 minutes.
Pour into loaf pan, chill until firm. Cut into thin slices and fry in lightly-greased skillet until browned.
