Penne primavera with light honey mustard vinaigrette

| 2 | tablespoons | Dijon mustard |
| 3 | tablespoons | Rice vinegar |
| 2 | Cloves garlic; minced | |
| 3 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
| 2 | cups | Broccoli florets |
| 2 | cups | Cauliflower florets |
| 1 | pounds | Penne pasta |
Directions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine honey, Dijon, vinegar, garlic, and oil.
Set aside. 2. Cook past according to package instructions. While the pasta is cooking steam vegetables until just tender, about 7 minutes. Add vegetables to vinaigrette, toss well. Drain pasta, add to vegetables, toss well and serve. Makes 4 servings MC-Busted By Karen C. Greenlee
