Pasta soup with gremolata

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Fresh soup of your choice
\N \N Quantity of cooked pasta; (any kind)
\N \N A little olive oil
\N \N Grated lemon rind
\N \N Chopped parsley
\N \N Curls of parmesan cheese

Heat a little olive oil in a non-stick pan and add the pasta. Toss and heat through. Add the grated lemon rind and parsley and toss again. Season well.

Heat the soup and pour it into serving bowls. Add the pasta, and garnish with some parsley (or basil if you prefer) and parmesan curls shaved from the block of cheese with a potato peeler.
