Pasta con verdura

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Small broccoli florets
1 small Zucchini, sliced
1 small Sweet red pepper, cut in strips
½ cup Snow peas
¼ cup Butter, unsalted preferably
1 cup 10% cream, warmed
Freshly ground black pepper
1 pounds Spaghetti, cooked & drained
Parmesan cheese, grated

In a large skillet, sauté broccoli, zucchini, red pepper and snow peas in butter until crisp tender. Add cream and black pepper. Cook briefly until slightly reduced. Mix with pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan. Yield: 4 servings. Typed in MMFormat by cjhartlin@... Source: Fare for Friends.
