½cupRaisins
¼cupRum
¼cupButter
1cupPowdered sugar
1teaspoonVanilla
Zest of 1 lemon
6ouncesCream cheese
1cupAlmonds; toasted, slivered

Directions

Soak raisins in rum overnight. Blend butter and cream cheese, add egg yolks, powdered sugar, lemon, and vanilla. Fold in raisins, rum, and almonds. Chill overnight.
