Orecchietta con cime di rapa o con verdure stagionali

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 bunch Broccoli Rabe
1 pounds Orecchiette Pasta
2 Cloves Fresh Garlic; Chopped
3 slices Anchovies
4 tablespoons Bread Crumbs
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cook broccoli rabe in two quarts of water. Bring to a boil. Pour in pasta and cook until pasta is al dente. Drain, pour into serving bowl and set aside.

In frying pan, saute garlic in olive oil. Add anchovies and bread crumbs.

Cook for two to three minutes. Pour mixture over pasta and rabe.

NOTES : *Little ear pasta with broccoli rabe or seasonal greens
