Oranges in orange blossom water

6 \N Oranges
300 millilitres Simple syrup; (250g sugar boiled
\N \N ; with 250ml water),
\N \N ; chilled
1 teaspoon Orange blossom water
\N \N A large lemon; juice of

Chill the oranges and peel them, removing all pith.

Slice into rounds and remove any seeds and middle sections of pith.

Place in a deep dish and cover with the chilled syrup and lemon juice.

Stir in the orange blossom water and chill until ready to serve.
