| 200 | grams | Creme fraiche; (7oz) |
| 2 | tablespoons | Wholegrain mustard |
| 1 | 100 g pack Hot Deli salt beef | |
Directions
Cut the bagels in half.
Mix the creme fraiche and mustard and divide the mixture between the bagel halves.
Top with the Hot Deli salt beef and serve immediately.
