|1 pack||(8 Oz) Cream Cheese; Room Temperature|
|1 pack||Pastrami; Ham Or Turkey, 2.5 Oz|
1. Clean and cut green onions into 4" lengths; for a special look leave some of the green ends longer to use as "handles" to pick up the appetizer.
2. Spread the cream cheese very carefully over each slice of meat or turkey.
3. Place one green onion at one end of the slice of meat and roll up jelly roll fashion. Repeat with remaining onions and meat.
4. Arrange on a platter and serve.
NOTES : Add grated cheddar cheese to the cream cheese for a delicious variation.
