2cupsCubed process American Cheese
2cupsMilk
1cupCrushed saltines
¼cupChopped onion
¼cupChopped green bell pepper
¼cupSweet red pepper
1teaspoonSalt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; pour into a greased shallow 3-qt.

or 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
