New zealand roast lamb

Measure Ingredient
5 pounds Lamb shoulder (boned, rolled
& tied)
¼ cup Oil
2 teaspoons Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
2 cups HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE

Heat oven to 350. Rub meat with oil. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.

Roast 1½ hours. During final 15 minutes, brush with sauce every 5 minutes, then once more just before serving. Serve remaining sauce with roast.
