5poundsLamb shoulder (boned, rolled
& tied)
¼cupOil
2teaspoonsSalt
½teaspoonPepper
2cupsHONEY MUSTARD SAUCE

Directions

Heat oven to 350. Rub meat with oil. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.

Roast 1½ hours. During final 15 minutes, brush with sauce every 5 minutes, then once more just before serving. Serve remaining sauce with roast.
