Mom's aglio e olio

Yield: 1 /2 cup

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Olive oil
4 cloves Garlic; minced
½ cup Parsley; chopped
\N \N Salt & black pepper to taste
½ cup Parmesan cheese; grated


While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil in a small skillet and saute the garlic over low heat for a few minutes, until it begins to turn a light golden color (NOT Brown). Remove from the heat. Pour over hot pasta. Stir in the salt & pepper and any optional ingredients you may desire.
