8 | ounces | Fresh salmon fillet |
100 | millilitres | Tomato pasta sauce |
4 | Button mushrooms; chopped | |
Basil; freshly chopped | ||
60 | grams | Mozzarella; grated |
Directions
Cut the salmon fillet into 2 inch squares and slice each square into two so that the squares are about half inch thick.
Spoon a small amount of tomato sauce on top and then the mushroom, basil and finally the mozzarella.
Place on to a nonstick baking sheet and cook in the oven for 5 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
