8 ounces | Fresh salmon fillet |
100 millilitres | Tomato pasta sauce |
4 \N | Button mushrooms; chopped |
\N \N | Basil; freshly chopped |
60 grams | Mozzarella; grated |
Cut the salmon fillet into 2 inch squares and slice each square into two so that the squares are about half inch thick.
Spoon a small amount of tomato sauce on top and then the mushroom, basil and finally the mozzarella.
Place on to a nonstick baking sheet and cook in the oven for 5 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
