Melted spam and cheese poppyseed sandwiches

3tablespoonsPrepared mustard
1tablespoonPoppy seed
8slicesCracked wheat bread
1canSpam luncheon meat - (12 oz); cut 8 slices
4slicesAmerican cheese

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In bowl, mix together butter, mustard, and poppy seed. Spread butter mixture on bread slices.

Place 2 slices of Spam on 4 bread slices. Top Spam with 1 slice of cheese.

Cover with remaining bread slices.

Wrap sandwiches in foil. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
