Marinated veal steaks in onion sauce

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Veal steaks
1 cup French dressing
½ cup Flour
2 tablespoons Oil
1 each Onions
½ can Cream of chicken soup
¾ cup Milk
1 tablespoon Vinegar
½ cup Ripe olives, sliced

Slice onion. Marinate steaks in French dressing at least three hours. Preheat oven to 350. Drain. Dip steaks in seasoned flour.

Melt oil in large skillet. Brown steaks on both sides. Add onion, soup, and milk. Cover and cook slowly on surface heat or in oven 45 minutes., Add vinegar and olives.
