| 1 | teaspoon | Coriander |
| 8 | Tortillas | |
| 113 | grams | Cheddar cheese |
| Tabasco to taste | ||
| Chilli peppers to taste | ||
| Decorative toothpicks | ||
| 4 | Tomatoes; chopped | |

| Tabasco sauce to taste | ||
| 1 | tablespoon | Coriander |
Directions
SALSA
Brown the meat in a pan with the coriander. Saut beans, corn, peppers and onions in corn oil. Spread tortilla out on a plate. Pile chopped lettuce and tomato on. Add meat, vegetables and cheese. Add chilli peppers and Tabasco to taste. Roll tortilla into a wrap and stick a toothpick through the centre to hold it together. Combine all the ingredients of the salsa and serve with guacamole and the burritos.
