Manhattan fish chowder

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Fresh or frozen fish fillets
¼ cup Chopped bacon or salt pork
½ cup Chopped onion
1 pounds Can tomatoes, chopped
1 cup Chopped potatoes
½ cup Chopped carrots
½ cup Chopped celery
¼ cup Catsup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley

Fry bacon or salt pork till crisp. Remove all but 2 tb. fat. Saute onion till tender.

Add everything but fish. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes till vegies are done. Add fish and simmer covered for 10 more minutes.

Can also be done in the microwave.
