Macaroni, cheese and vin

Ingredients

24ouncesMacaroni (up to)
6cupsGrated American cheese
½cupGrated Romano cheese
sliceSwiss cheese; enough to cover top
6Eggs; well beaten
1cupSauterne or dry white wine
Salt to taste
Tabasco to taste
Worcestershire to taste

Directions

Mix eggs, wine, salt, Tabasco and Worcestershire. Layer macaroni and cheeses in large greased cake pan; top with Swiss cheese. Pour egg mixture ove all and bake at 350 for 30 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown.

This is a full meal but certainly can be served with vegetables and meat.
