Directions: In a medium frying pan, cook the garlic and olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and saut gently until golden brown. Cook the pasta until al dente and keep very warm. To prepare the egg mixture, beat together the eggs, and half of the parsley, grated cheese, basil, and pepper to taste. Drain the pasta and add the egg mixture while the pasta is still very hot. Toss gently. The heat from the pasta will cook the eggs.
Add the cooked onions. Garnish with the remaining cheese, basil and parsley. Serves 4-5.
