Low fat chips

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 kilograms Medium sized potatoes; washed well
4 tablespoons Olive oil
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
\N \N Black pepper
1 teaspoon Salt

Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/gas 6. Cut the potatoes into very thick chips and place in a large non stick roasting pan. Pour over the oil and soy sauce and toss well. Season with plenty of freshly ground black pepper and salt.

Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crisp.
