Light honey ginger lager

Ingredients

| 2½ | pounds | Honey |
| 1½ | ounce | Cascade Hops; boiling |
| ½ | ounce | Cascade Hops; finishing |
| 4 | ounces | Ginger root; grated |
| 1 | pack | Lager yeast |
| ¾ | cup | Corn sugar; bottling |
Directions
Add the malt extract, honey, ginger and boiling hops to 1½ gal of water and boil for 60 min. Add finishing hops during final 2-4 min of boiling. Sparge into cold water. Pitch when cool. Bottle when done.
