Lentil roast (ovo lacto)

Measure Ingredient
1⅓ cup Lentils
⅔ cup Nuts; grind
2 cups Egg whites
1½ cup Milk; FF
⅔ cup Applesauce
2 cups Corn flakes
⅓ teaspoon Sage
\N \N Salt
\N \N Pepper
⅔ cup Onions; chop

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 deg. After 45 minutes coat top with undiluted tomato soup and continue baking for 15 minutes more. :
